Before you begin an application with us, you will need to log in or register for an account, don't worry you will be asked to do this when you click to apply.
Let us know what you would like connected, you should also contact an energy supplier of your choice to install your meter.
We will issue you with a quote for your new connection. If you’re happy with this, you can pay and this will get things moving.
Your personal Project Manager will organise a date to begin work and make sure your site is ready for your new connection.
We will complete the installation of your new cable, your energy supplier and electrician should also be on site to install your new meter and consumer unit.

If you are looking for a rough cost before you begin your application, you can use our online calculator to get an estimate for your connection before you apply.
You can apply by using our online application form. If you wish, you can also download and email your application to us here, however, the fastest way to apply is online. In the application form, we will outline everything we need from you. Please note: In your application, you will be asked if you would like a formal quote or a budget estimate. If you are looking for a rough cost for the work you require, a budget estimate may be more suitable for your needs at this time.
The next stage is for our quoting team to look at the information you provided and build a quote for you. The team will look at this information and send you a quote with a breakdown of costs associated.
When you get in touch, we'll explain the costs and next steps for you if you wish to pay for the works to go ahead. This is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about your quote and anything else.
Your quote will be valid for 90 days to give you enough time to make your decision. When you are ready, you can get things moving by paying for the quote. You can pay by card, bank transfer or cheque. Full details will be on your quote letter we send you. Once you have accepted your quote and made payment, you will have a further 90 days for us to complete our works. It's important that you do not make payment until you are ready for the connection to take place. If you're unsure on the right time to pay, please speak to us and we'll help you.
Once you've made payment, your personal Project Manager will be in touch within 5 working days. Your project manager will be your point of contact until the work is complete and are on hand to help you. When we get in touch, we'll want to discuss preparation for the works. This includes any digging required on site, and a date for the work to be complete. Feel free to ask any questions you have at this point too.
The final step is completing the work and getting you connected. By this point, everything will have been organised between you and the project manager. Once this is done, we will arrive on-site and carry out the work to install your new electricity supply.

Costings can vary dependent on the work involved with your project. Therefore, we are unable to provide an exact price or timeframe online, however, we can tell you an average cost of what other customers have paid and the timeframe it has taken to complete their connection after receiving payment.
On average we have installed similar connections within 36 working days of payment being made.
